BREAKTHROUGH SESSION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Taylor Luttrell-Deeds, LLC, doing business as TLD Counseling

This Agreement governs the one-time Relationship Anxiety Breakthrough Session (the “Session”) provided by Taylor Luttrell-Deeds, LLC, doing business as TLD Counseling (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). The person purchasing or participating in the Session is referred to as the “Client” or “you.” By purchasing, booking, or participating in the Session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. Please contact taylor@tldcounseling.com with questions before purchasing.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase and participate in the Session.

2. Coaching Services; Not Therapy

The Session is offered as coaching, not psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, medical care, or mental-health treatment. Purchasing or participating in the Session does not, by itself, create a therapist-client relationship.

The Session may include discussion of relationship anxiety, thoughts, emotions, habits, communication, and personal goals, and may include educational information, reflection, and practical strategies. It is not intended to assess, diagnose, or treat a mental-health condition and is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or other healthcare.

You are responsible for deciding whether coaching is appropriate for you and for seeking care from a qualified healthcare professional when needed. If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching or require ongoing clinical care, we may recommend appropriate support and may decline or discontinue coaching.

3. Scope and Format of the Session

The purchase includes one individual coaching session lasting up to 60 minutes, delivered by video call or another format agreed upon in advance. It is a standalone session and does not include ongoing coaching, messaging support, follow-up sessions, or access to a course or other program unless separately agreed in writing.

The Session is intended to help you explore a concern, identify possible patterns or goals, and consider practical next steps. The specific topics and strategies discussed depend on your circumstances and the time available. We do not promise that every concern will be resolved in one session.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, participating voluntarily, and deciding whether and how to use any suggestions or exercises discussed.

4. Booking, Attendance, Lateness, and Rescheduling

After payment, you will receive instructions for scheduling the Session. Your appointment is not confirmed until it has been scheduled.

Please arrive on time and in a setting where you can participate privately and without interruption. If you arrive late, the Session will ordinarily end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without contacting us, we may treat the appointment as a no-show.

You may request one reschedule by giving at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or failure to attend may be treated as a forfeited Session, except where required by law or where we decide an exception is appropriate. Contact taylor@tldcounseling.com as soon as possible if an emergency affects your attendance.

If we need to reschedule, we will offer a reasonable alternative appointment. If we cannot provide the purchased Session, we will refund the amount paid for that Session.

5. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

The fee for the one-time 60-minute Breakthrough Session is $237 USD, unless a different fee is clearly stated at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full at purchase.

Because this is a one-time service, purchases are generally final. Once the Session has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable. If you cancel, do not attend, or fail to reschedule in accordance with Section 4, the Session may be forfeited without a refund. Nothing in this Agreement limits any refund rights or other rights that cannot legally be waived.

If a payment fails or is reversed, we may pause scheduling or delivery until the issue is resolved. Please contact us directly if you believe a charge is incorrect so we can review it in good faith.

6. No Guaranteed Results

We do not guarantee any particular outcome, reduction in anxiety, relationship result, or other personal change from the Session. Outcomes vary and depend on many factors, including circumstances outside our control. Any examples or testimonials are illustrative only and are not promises of your results.

7. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You understand that reflecting on personal or relationship concerns can sometimes bring up uncomfortable feelings. You choose whether to participate and may pause or stop the discussion at any time.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, health, safety, and use of any information discussed. Coaching suggestions are not instructions to disregard professional medical or mental-health advice.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We will handle personal information with reasonable care and will not intentionally share your session disclosures except as described in this Agreement, with your permission, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

Coaching is distinct from psychotherapy and may not receive the same legal confidentiality protections that apply to a therapist-client relationship. We cannot promise absolute confidentiality. Information may need to be disclosed where required by law, in response to valid legal process, to address an imminent safety concern, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Please do not send highly sensitive information through social media direct messages. Use the communication method we identify for scheduling and session-related matters. We do not record sessions unless we first obtain your consent.

9. Testimonials, Recording, and Use of Your Information

We will not use your name, image, voice, session content, or statements from the Session as a testimonial or for marketing without your separate, voluntary written permission. Agreeing to this Agreement does not grant a media or testimonial release.

You may not record, photograph, livestream, or distribute any part of the Session without our prior written permission.

10. Intellectual Property

Any original worksheets, exercises, frameworks, or other materials we provide remain the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. You may use materials provided to you for your own personal use, but may not copy, publish, distribute, sell, teach, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

11. Technology and Client Environment

If the Session is delivered remotely, you are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, compatible device, and reasonably private environment. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by your equipment, internet service, or third-party platforms. If a significant technical issue prevents the Session from taking place, we will work with you in good faith to reschedule.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Session. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. This section does not waive any non-waivable legal rights.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful conduct or your material breach of this Agreement. Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify the Company for the Company’s own negligence, willful misconduct, or other liability where such indemnification is prohibited by law.

14. Ending or Declining Services

We may end or decline to provide the Session if we reasonably believe the service is inappropriate for your needs, the interaction becomes abusive or unsafe, or you materially violate this Agreement. If we end the Session before it is delivered for a reason not caused by your conduct, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered Session. If a Session has partly occurred, any refund will be handled fairly based on the circumstances and applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any dispute will be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. Entire Agreement and Severability

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding this one-time Session and replaces prior discussions about its terms. Any change must be agreed to in writing. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
